Sao Tome and Principe 1470
We created this box in honor of the discovery of the island of São Tomé and Príncipe.
In December 21st , 1470, the uninhabited island of São Tomé was discovered by the portuguese sailor, João de Santarém. Almost one month later, the previously unknown, island of Príncipe was found.
This box demonstrates to the world that one of the best origins of cocoa is in São Tomé and Príncipe. Conceived in the Bean to Bar concept, this charming chocolate takes us to navigate the flavors of the lands of this charming country with unique characteristics for the growth of cocoa.
Bean to Bar
Cocoa goes through several stages until it reaches the chocolate. First, it is carefully harvested, then it is fermented, dried and roasted.
We grind the roasted beans in order to extract their interior and add cocoa butter.
In the final phase, we season and shape our jewelry into a tablet.
Each chocolate tablet with 75% cocoa is 17gr. of pure original flavor that brings us the flavors of the original lands.
In each square of this wonderful chocolate you will feel a diversity of sensations that will make you want to eat until the end.
Walnut Box
For a sublime experience, we chose walnut.
Artisanal production allows you to have a walnut box with a soft touch and a noble color.
We have selected from nature one of the best raw materials that allows us to bring all its beauty and uniqueness.
Velvet interior
The interiors of the box are made of velvety paper, when you pass with your hand on the surface you notice the sweetness and softness in your fingers.
The impression is done in gold, with a shine and detail worthy of a majestic work of art.
