This box is a tribute to the sailor who discovered the island of São Tomé, on December 21st, 1470, and the island of Príncipe one month later. Travel with us on this discovery through the flavors of these magnificent cocoa.
Bean to Bar
Cocoa goes through several stages until it reaches the chocolate. First, it is carefully harvested, then it is fermented, dried and roasted.
We grind the roasted beans in order to extract their interior and add cocoa butter.
In the final phase, we season and shape our jewelry into a tablet.
Each chocolate tablet with 75% cocoa is 17gr. of pure original flavor that brings us the flavors of the original lands.
In each piece of this wonderful chocolate you will feel a diversity of sensations that will make you want to eat until the end.
For an environmentally friendly and sustainable experience, we chose cork.
This natural resource has the particularity of removing the cork without having to cut down the tree, being a singular fact the need for its survival to extract the bark that surrounds it, improving and increasing the life span of the Cork Oak.
Artisanal production allows you to have a cork box with a detail and with a reduced ecological footprint.
The interiors of the box are made of cork, when you pass with your hand on the surface you notice the sweetness and softness in your fingers.
The impression is done in gold, with a shine and detail worthy of a majestic work of art.
